For 25 years, Grille 3501 has brought people together around the table to celebrate milestones, share meals, and make memories. This November, the restaurant is marking its anniversary by giving back—and we are grateful that the Justin Sheftel Memorial Fund will be the beneficiary.
Join us on Monday, November 16, 2026, from 6–9 p.m. for A Toast to 25 Years, an evening of food, music, and community at Grille 3501 in Allentown. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., with proceeds benefiting the Fund’s work to provide athletic and educational opportunities for underserved youth throughout the greater Lehigh Valley.
An Evening of Favorites and New Memories
The celebration will feature:
- Live music by Jon Fadem
- Passed hors d’oeuvres and a grazing dinner featuring Grille 3501 favorites from throughout its history
- Signature cocktails, wine, and beer selections included with your ticket, with a full cash bar also available
- Historic restaurant memorabilia celebrating 25 years of memories
- A silent auction, with online bidding beginning ahead of the event
- A few surprises along the way!
The evening will feature cocktail-style seating, with limited seats available, allowing guests to mingle and enjoy food served throughout the celebration.
Celebrating Community, Supporting Justin’s Legacy
The Justin Sheftel Memorial Fund honors Justin, a Parkland High School graduate and baseball player whose life was tragically cut short in 2005. His love of sports, friendship, and community continues to inspire our work.
Our mission is to celebrate Justin by providing athletic and educational opportunities for underserved youth in the greater Lehigh Valley. Through scholarships and partnerships with youth-serving nonprofits, the Fund helps young people access opportunities to learn, play, and grow.
