2013 we made some changes and will continue this format for 2014. For this competition Red Robin will have a ‘Mixologist’ representing one of the four restaurants in the Greater Lehigh Valley. The winner was Courtney Harrington – with her concoction called “Tropical Sunshine”.
The Mixologists who competed are:
- From Tilghman Square – Bianca Sellitti
Biance has been with Red Robin for 7 years. She attends Kutztown University and studies criminal justice. When she’s not working or going to school, she enjoys going to concerts and bar trivia.
- From Airport Road – Courtney Harrington
My name is Courtney Harrington, I am 22 years old. I am studying criminal justice at Northampton community college, and I plan on going into law enforcement after graduation. I’ve been working at Red Robin for 3.5 years and its been one of the best experiences of my life. I’ve met so many incredible people and I am constantly surrounded by inspirational people. Coming to work every day is fun and exciting! When I am not working or studying I enjoy music, basketball, and going to the beach now that the weather is nice!
- From Northampton Crossings – John Sabatino
John Sabatino has worked for Red Robin for four years. Along with being a bartender, he is also a server and the LRM for the Northampton Crossings store. He is a graduate of Seton Hall University where he was once an intramural dodge ball champion. His hobbies include, traveling, heckling college basketball coaches, trying new foods, and watching the Knicks on Friday night.
- From Saucon Valley – Tommy Dorsey
Hailing from the Christmas City, Tommy Dorsey is a Mixo specialist who has been tapping and pouring for over 10 years. With his unique and outgoing personality and insane beverage knowledge, he is well known throughout the Lehigh Valley as one of the top in his class. With just under two years with Red Robin, he has made a huge impact oh his location in Saucon Valley at the Promenade Shops, with only brighter things in the future.
