“Receiving the Justin Sheftel scholarship has meant so much to me. It is so much more than just a scholarship, it is a community. A community of individuals on different paths, schools, and careers, that all share one common goal – to live a life like Justin did. One that is selfless, dedicated, and kind. One that everyone should aspire to live. I am so humbled to have been entrusted by the Sheftel family/friends with the honor of being awarded this scholarship and I plan to continue to live my life with the outlook that Justin had. I will carry his mindset with me through all my facets of life. I truly can’t thank the Sheftel family enough for selecting and believing in me.”
