Schedule for the Day 

Below is the schedule for the day.

8:30am –Opening ceremony on the field, comments by ; first pitch thrown out

7-10am – ESPN news  will start broadcasting, sponsored by Vinart.   Hawk will be broadcasting later in the day.

8:45  — Games start for Men and Women, see the schedule tab for specific info

10:30 — Auction opens,  Vince’s,  High Step Coffee,  Clubhouse Grill and Kona Ice will be on hand for food

11:00 – 2:00 – Tie Dying,  Photo Booth, Face Painting, Caricatures

10:55 –  Group Picture-on hill behind the Muhlenberg Women’s Softball Field

SPORTS CLINIC 12:30-2:00– Steve Carlton,  will be participating in a Baseball focused Sports Clinic.

1:45-2:45 Mocktail – go to the Mocktail to sample some amazing concoctions — see Mocktail 2018 tab for more info — all free. 

3:30 Silent Auction closes – Pick up articles at Silent Auction at 5:30pm

 6:15 Championship Game, Drawing for the 50/50
